What is included in the room rental cost?

The room rental fee includes the use of the PC , Bright Link multimedia projector, and wireless internet services.

What technology is available for conferences?

All rooms are equipped with the following presentation equipment: PC with CD-DVD player, Bright Link multimedia projector with PC display, touchscreen annotation mode, and whiteboard mode. A Mondopad with Video TeleConference, whiteboard and full PC use and conference phone are also available. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the building. Computer labs contain 15-30 work stations with Windows 7 Operating system, MS Office Professional 2013 and Internet Explorer 8.0. Our IT professionals can load your training software in advance of your training.

Are food services available for our meeting?

Harford Community College Dining Service provides onsite catering for all events held at the University Center. The extensive menu includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and reception items. Choose from informal to upscale selections and ask about special dietary offerings.

Can rooms be set up customized?

We will have your room arranged to your specific needs provided the size of the room will accommodate the requested furniture arrangement.  Some set ups include classroom style, conference u-shape, conference square, small group tables and theater style.
